College(SSEC) follows a flat organizational structure, which ensure quick and effective
decision making and timely execution. The organizational structure of the institute is
as follows:
The top most layer of the
organizational structure consists of board of Trustee Members. This is responsible for
apex level decision making. The board of trustee members of the institute meets once in
a year to discuss and deliberate upon the institutional requirements and unanimously
take crucial decision for the betterment of the organization
The Chairman is the highest
authority in the institute who plays a crucial role of implementation of decision and
suggestions given by the governing council from time to time. The Correspondent is
responsible for running day to day administration and ensures smooth academic
performance. Principal is the chairperson of administrative and academic activities of
the institution. He will take care of Overall Examination System, Affiliation &
Accreditation and Library. CEO is responsible for overall administration and
academic function of the institution in keeping with policies of the management as well
as mandatory regulations and stipulations of the related statutory authorities. He will
take care of Overall Institution Admission Process, Finance Management, HR- Recruitment
Process(Teaching & Non-Teaching),PRO,AO,PD and Transport. Dean-Academic is the
chairperson of academic activities of the institution. She will take care of all
academic related tasks, all club activities inside the campus, Knowledge Hunt and Women
Empowerment Cell. Approval of all the academic plans and systems will made by her
Under the Academic
Coordinator-Circuit Branches CSE,ECE ,EEE, Training & Placement Cell and Boys Hostel are
there. Under the Academic Coordinator-Non-Circuit Branches Overall First Year, MECH,
CIVIL, Diploma, R&D Cell and Girls Hostel are there. Both Academic Coordinators(Circuit
& Non-Circuit) should report to Dean-Academic and get prior approval from Principal, CEO
and Dean-Academic for all the academic tasks. Teaching Faculty Members, Lab Technicians,
Supporting Staff Members and all Students under the Chairmanship of Concern department
HoD. Academic Council of the institution is there which comprises CEO, Dean-Academic,
Academic Coordinators and all HoDs under the Chairmanship of Principal
Approval of the appointments made by the selection committee of the College .The
appointments made by the Correspondent, Principal, CEO & Dean-Academic on the
recommendation of the selection committee of SSEC are hereby approved
