Model Based Education is the main key of SSEC to achieving progress, a benchmark for the quality of human resources. It hardly provides chance for students to develop new skills which might be useful for building their careers. It is designed to support the development and evolution of Learners’ Mental Models. And it is defined as Internal Representations of integrated knowledge that include components of dynamic interactions which produce some emergent behavior or properly to improve the accuracy and completeness of their mental models. Therefore Learning activities may be set out from formal classroom into informal learning’s, didactic to discovery, strategies to tactics that operate over months of instructions to over seconds. Every month our students will do the models subject wise and present in their department. Its helps our students to develop their technical knowledge and hands-on experience.

In Sree Sakthi Engineering college, we are organizing virtual mode of seminar on every day Evening during 6pm to 7.30pm via Google meet. Which is focused on preparing the students to present their topics to overcome fears and improving fluency and Enrich the knowledge on that particular topic. The program was chaired by the students, and Concern session heads of various Department were welcoming the participants and introduced the programme to all. During the Virtual seminar, the attendees shared their opinion, thoughts and suggestions for consideration during the upcoming seminar.
At the beginning of each session, participants were presented with background information and discussion questions. Then, following a structured process of brainstorming and information exchange, participants in the sessions reached consensus recommendations and discussed related barriers and solutions.
During seminar, the participants had the opportunities to choose the topics to discuss, which includes the Department related and general engineering and case studies. Participant Parents are invited to attend the seminar during their ward session, at the end of the session Feedback were collected to improve the session more interesting and enthusiastic way. Finally, the program ended with an address from session heads regarding overall information about the session and concluded with vote of thanks.

Study habits, subject expertise, and practice methods of seniors fosters the development needs of juniors. Senior and junior student can speak and understand each other in an excellent manner, through a structured mentoring program.
