The awareness session started with solemn hymns followed by Lamplit ceremony. Prof. P. Malarvizhi, Dean honoured the eminent Chief Guest Dr. P. Chitra, AP, English Dept., Kongunadu Arts & Science college with shawl and memento as a token of our gratitude. The Chief Guest's remarkable speech highly denoted the great women achievers from diverse fields. She also clearly explained the legal supportive measures and acts for the betterment as well as safety for the women folk. Her inspirational talk made our girl students and lady faculty members to learn more about IPC sections for women harassment, societal rights and personal exposure towards it.
