INTER 'O' FEST 2K24 (A National level technical symposium)
A National Level Technical Symposium – Inter 'O' Fest 2K24 organized by Sree Sakthi Engineering College in the campus on 23rd March 2024.
The inaugural function started at 10.00 AM with Prayer and followed by Lamplit ceremony. The students of SSEC performed divine classical dance as an opening welcome note. Prof.P.Malarvizhi, Dean welcomed the gathering. The Chairman, Shri.N.Dharmalingam addressed the gathering and the Correspondent, Dr.S.Karthikeyan gave keynote address and motivated all the students. Special address was given by the Principal, Dr.G.Jayaprakash. The Chief Guest of Inter'o'fest 2K24, Mr.V.P.Ponnusamy, HR-IR Specialist, Managing Trustee, Ooruni Foundation, Chennai was being honoured by the Chairman, Shri.N.Dharmalingam. Mr.V.P. Ponnusamy delivered a powerful speech on New Trends in Engineering fields and also inspired the students to improve their individual potentialities and confidence. Finally, Dr.N.Prasannan, CEO proposed the Vote of Thanks.
In the Symposium day, the new version of Hyundai Car launched by the Hyundai company was undoubtedly a remarkable milestone in SSEC’s history. Various technical and non-technical events were conducted by all Engineering departments. The students from various Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science colleges participated in all the events. More than 745 students registered and 620 above got shortlisted. All of them extended their fullest co-operation and made the programme a huge success.
Added to the flavour, thrilled special events like Magic Show, Car Stunt, Bike Stunt and Fire Dance were also conducted to make the students to feel much fun-filled and energetic. More than 105 students from various colleges won prizes and the awards as well as certificates for all the winners of Paper Presentation, Project Presentation, Technical and Non-Technical events were profoundly distributed by the Correspondent, Dr.S.Karthikeyan during the Valedictory function. The participation certificates were also given to the students. All the sponsors of the symposium were honoured by the Correspondent. Finally the grand event came to an end with National Anthem.
